Upon receipt of your critters, do NOT allow their acclimation process to exceed 15 minutes. They are ready to be in your tank immediately. Giving them a longer acclimation process will stress them. A good process to follow is to add 1/2 to 1 cup of your tank water to their bags and allow to float for 10-15 minutes. Add to your tank with a net. Discard water down a drain. I just want to take a minute to personally thank you for the Amphipods, copepods & isopods that I purchased through ebay. I put them in my refugium and they’re going nuts! They’ve reproduced like crazy. I am continually seeing different critters in there…worms, brittle stars, snails…you name it. It’s as much fun to watch the critters in the refugium as it is to watch the main display tank. And my seahorses love it! With all the critters running around in my ‘fuge, some of them get pumped up into the main tank and the seahorses enjoy the high snack factor of some live ‘pods!

Hey Guys,
Sorry it took so long to let you know how my order arrived, but I've been so
busy watching all my stuff settling in to my tanks.
Of course, your packaging was top rate, again!
I love that you use FedEx as your shipper. I got complete details online as
to when/where it was at every point.
The snails, macro's, hermits, gorgs, brittles, microstars, spaghetti worms,
and Dwarf seahorses arrived all in great shape. And there were a few
unexpected tiny hitch-hikers very much welcomed.
I can't wait until I get my other tank up and cycled, I've got another order
already planned.
