It is important to us to confirm your order and shipping address within 24 hours. It is very important to us to have a correct phone number for you. In the event of an order change or shipping problem, we will need to get in touch with you immediately. Please reply to this confirmation via e-mail or phone. We want to be sure that we have your information correct!!.

Orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Our invertebrates, macro algae and plants will arrive to you via 2 day shipping. We use styrofoam boxes for proper insulation and an ice pack depending on season.

FloridaPets shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays.

You may request orders to be shippped on a specific day. Feel free to give us a call before placing your order, or upon placing it.

Orders received by 8:00 PM est. will be shipped the next day.If you order an item which becomes unavailable, we will inform you in your confirmation letter and depending on the situation, may hold your order. Please look for your confirmation letter and reply to it.

Packages to residential addresses will be shipped as: "No signature required." We recommend providing a daytime or work address. An alternate address can be provided in the PayPal memo area or you can send a separate e-mail after you place your order. Be sure that the proper shipping address is contained in your confirmation letter.

To determine your shipping charge, continue through the checkout process. You will not be charged to obtain your total. a list of shipping charges are below based on order amount.
